در طرح توسعه فاز 19 پارس جنوبی حفاری 15 حلقه چاه گازی پیش بینی شده است كه با احتساب اختصاص بخش دوم سكوی فاز یك در مجاورت این فاز تعداد چاه های این پروژه به 21 حلقه می‌رسد.

با توجه به موقعیت مرزی فاز 19 و استقرار در بخش پر فشار میدان مشترك پارس جنوبی، این فاز در زمره فازهای دارای چهار سكو قرار گرفته و قادر است با در اختیار داشتن تنها 21 چاه عملیاتی، تولیدی مشابه با دو فاز استاندارد پارس جنوبی با 44 چاه گازی داشته باشد.
