به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا ، دولت در لایحه بودجه سال 1391 ، پیشنهاد داده بود كه 20 درصد از منابع صندوق توسعه ملی ،جهت پرداخت تسهیلات به طرحهای آب و كشاورزی در اختیار بخش غیر دولتی قرار گیرد.

این پیشنهاد دولت در مجلس شورای اسلامی تغییر یافت و در قانون بودجه سال 1391 كل كشور، بنا به تصویب مجلس مقرر شد كه 10 درصد از منابع صندوقت توسعه مالی به طرح های بخش آب و كشاورزی اختصاص یابد.

در قانون بودجه سال جاری آمده است كه 10 درصد از منابع صندوق توسعه ملی به صورت ریالی برای بخش صنعت و معدن عیردولتی به استثنای بخش ساخت مسكن اختصاص یابد.

همچنین در قانون بودجه سال 1391 مقرر شده است كه حداقل دو میلیارد دلار برای قطارهای شهری كلان شهرها و حمل و نقل عمومی شهری تخصیص یابد.

بر اساس قانون بودجه امسال، 18 درصد منابع صندوق توسعه ملی به سرمایه گذاران بخش خصوصی یا تعاونی برای طرحهای توسعه ای بالا دستی نفت وگاز با اولویت میادین مشترك با تضمین وزارت نفت بدون انتقال مالكیت نفت و گاز موجود در مخازن تخصیص می یابد.
